Technique, Tactics, and Physical Positioning

I teach padel through three major areas:
Technical
The technical part is how the shot is executed.
How do you hold the racket?
How do you move?
What is the preparation?
What is the contact point?
What is the finish?
Tactical
The tactical part is why, when, and where the shot should be played.
Why are you hitting a bandeja?
Why are you directing the ball toward a certain area?
What are you trying to accomplish with that shot?
Physical
The physical component is about positioning and movement.
Are you in the right place?
Did you read the ball correctly?
Are you balanced?
Are you prepared before the ball arrives?
All three elements must work together.
A player with technique but no tactical understanding will struggle.
A player with tactical knowledge but poor movement will struggle.
A player must understand the complete picture.
